What do you do when you feel triggered?

​For me I go to my support teams, friends, family. I then talk about what is bothering me. I then go through my steps till I am calm and have come back to reality. While drinking this drink I made that is just juice and gingerale. 

Everyone is different some go to meetings, some journal, some go to the gym, e.t.c
